NB 
Covering the costs of the event is 100 euros from each participant (including Lunch Break and Get Together Dinner on November 22). Payable on site.

When 
You are expected to arrive in Lviv on November 21. In the evening of that day we will gather for a friendly dinner. On November 22, the whole day will be devoted to the Conference program. Plan your return trip on November 23. Of course, you can increase the time of your stay.

Travel 
There is currently no direct flight to Lviv, you know why. The most popular routes include: direct bus from the Polish international airports of Rzeszow (the closest) or Krakow to Lviv; train Przemysl (Poland) - Lviv; overnight direct train Budapest (Hungary) - Lviv. 

Stay 
We recommend for accommodation in Lviv:
  Hotel "Modern Art" *** 
  Located near the historical city center and 2.5 km from the Conference venue. 

  Guest rooms of the Ukrainian Catholic University
  100 m to the Conference venue and the picturesque city park. 3 km to the city center. 

Weather
Typical late autumn weather is expected these days. +5..+8 during the day, 0..-3 at night. Rain or sleet are likely.
